Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Rise Up. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and effective use of our Learning Management System by our clients.
Your primary goal will be to understand the expectations of our clients and configure our tool to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with our clients, collaborating with our sales team to promote additional sales, and participating in pre-sales meetings to manage client expectations and timelines.
In addition, you will be responsible for following our clients through the deployment phase, carrying out product training, helping with product configuration, and serving as the interface between our clients and our technical project managers. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper reporting of customer KPIs in our Planhat tool and staying up to date with news and developments related to our platform.
We are looking for a candidate with in-depth knowledge of our product, customer centricity, project management experience, and excellent presentation skills. If you are a data-driven, KPI-focused individual with a passion for customer success, we encourage you to apply.
