Our Solutions

To fulfill our mission, we have developed two innovative digital platforms:

  • Store&Save: A comprehensive platform for monitoring grain stocks and temperature management.
  • Plan&Save: A solution designed for efficient agricultural supply chain management.

Join Our Team

Our diverse team of over 75 professionals, located in various cities, empowers more than 1000 users to manage approximately 15 million tons of cereals globally. We are currently seeking an Account Executive for the UK & Ireland.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and target key accounts within your designated regions.
  • Engage proactively with potential clients through calls and emails.
  • Assess the needs of target accounts and qualify opportunities using the MEDDIC methodology.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and workshops in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction during project implementation.
  • Continuously seek new opportunities to expand your sales pipeline.
  • Organize and lead regional trips to foster client relationships.
  • Represent Javelot at industry events and maintain awareness of geopolitical factors affecting the cereal market.
  • Contribute to Javelot's goal of monitoring 25% of grain storage in Europe by 2026.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technology or service role within the agricultural sector.
  • Willingness to learn and apply MEDDIC and SPIN sales methodologies.
  • Ability to independently generate and convert sales leads.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • Strong communication, initiative, innovation, negotiation, and curiosity skills.
  • Commitment to driving change in the agricultural industry and supporting its technological transition.
  • Awareness of eco-responsibility issues and a desire to add meaning to your role.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in seeking out projects.
  • Possess a pedagogical approach to sharing knowledge.
