We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in the UK market. As a key member of our Customer Success & Account Management team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for advertisers and agencies on the UK market, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the Sales, AdOps, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimize campaign performance.
- Client Retention: Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue on existing client portfolios.
- Post-Campaign Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performances, developing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in adtech, media agency, or saleshouse on a similar position.
- UK Market Experience: First experience with the UK market is appreciated.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of key notions in programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and French.
- Technical Skills: Solid computer skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Suite.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple priorities, identify problems, and develop solutions.
