Position Overview

As the UK Foodservice Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Foodservice and Out-of-Home (OOH) sectors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the growth and success of 77 Foods within the Foodservice/OOH channel.
  • Collaborating closely with the Head of Sales UK and the Head of Foodservice (FR) to align channel strategies with the broader UK market objectives.
  • Managing key accounts while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across our diverse product range.
  • Fostering strong relationships with existing clients and working together to explore new avenues for growth.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical, and Finance, to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Leading the development and execution of joint business plans with clients, while keeping the wider team informed of progress.
  • Creating and implementing customer activation strategies in partnership with the Head of Marketing UK to enhance brand visibility.
  • Sharing insights and best practices with the Head of Sales to enhance both foodservice and retail performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a seasoned UK Foodservice Channel Manager who:

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management within the Foodservice/OOH/Wholesale sectors.
  • Exhibits exceptional communication and client management skills.
  • Possesses strong financial acumen, with experience in managing Joint Business Plans and negotiating terms.
  • Demonstrates the ability to cultivate robust relationships with major accounts while also supporting smaller clients.
  • Thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Is highly organized and methodical in approach.
  • Has a genuine passion for food and plant-based innovations.
  • Is curious and eager to embrace new challenges.
Recruitment Process
