Digital Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify business opportunities
- Qualify and map key stakeholders, business processes, and technical requirements on deals
- Drive additional revenue opportunities by identifying up-sell opportunities or applying incremental programs/promotions initiated by sales management
- Manage and organize time effectively across a variety of responsibilities such as outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration, and career development
- A passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning
- Proficiency in French (native or fluent) and fluent English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage in outbound calling
- Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage challenging situations positively and constructively
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard to learn and succeed
- Team player with a self-starter attitude and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in software or SaaS inbound or outbound sales environments, interacting with clients at various levels
- Experience in closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems
