Job Title: Digital Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify business opportunities
  • Qualify and map key stakeholders, business processes, and technical requirements on deals
  • Transition qualified opportunities for up-selling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary
  • Drive additional revenue opportunities by identifying up-sell opportunities or applying incremental programs/promotions initiated by sales management
  • Manage and organize time effectively across a variety of responsibilities such as outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration, and career development
  • Represent Autodesk favorably and professionally, leveraging our resources to meet customer needs
Requirements:
  • A passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Proficiency in French (native or fluent) and fluent English
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage in outbound calling
  • Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage challenging situations positively and constructively
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard to learn and succeed
  • Team player with a self-starter attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships within the sales team and with sales support to enhance the customer experience
  • Capability to manage a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in software or SaaS inbound or outbound sales environments, interacting with clients at various levels, is a plus
  • Experience in closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plus
