Senior HR Operations Coordinator

At Interpath Advisory, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior HR Operations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including coordinating new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
- Support payroll processing and data entry, working closely with our outsourced payroll provider.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling and logistics.
- Provide administrative support for performance management and pay review processes.
- Develop and maintain HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
