Job Summary:

The Revenue Management Lead - Commercial Excellence will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth across our business units. Reporting directly to the Director of Centers of Excellence, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing revenue management strategies, pricing models, and data-driven insights to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Change Management and Build Revenue Management Capability: Develop and implement revenue management strategies and processes to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Define Commercial Excellence SRM Strategy: Translate regional SRM objectives into a channel and segment-specific SRM strategy.
  • Lead Pricing Deep-Dives and Value Leakage Identification: Manage key stakeholders across the region and provide critical direction to sales teams to identify and address value leakage.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Units: Work with regional sales units to develop and implement pricing and promotion strategies across QSR, Food Service, and Retail.
  • Analyze Market Trends and Competitive Landscape: Identify revenue growth opportunities and potential risks by analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Finance Teams: Develop and implement price pack architecture and trade strategies based on underlying product characteristics and customer value.
  • Optimize Trade Spend: Analyze current trade spend, identify investment impact, and optimize trade spend to drive commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and Maintain Optimized Portfolios: Monitor regional portfolios and maintain an optimized portfolio to prevent SKU creep.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Align revenue management strategies with overall business goals and objectives by collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators: Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and Present Reports: Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of business experience in Commercial, preferably within the Food Industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Experience with revenue management software and tools is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
