Job Title: Revenue Growth Strategist
Position Type: Regular - Full-Time
We are a global leader in the frozen food industry, dedicated to creating real connections through delicious and sustainable food offerings. Our team is committed to working together to achieve success both internally and in partnership with our communities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute pricing models and data-driven insights.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to optimize trade strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators to track revenue performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Commercial, preferably in the Food Industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and revenue management software.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
