About the Role:

The Revenue Management Lead will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth across our business units. Reporting directly to the Director of Centers of Excellence, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue management strategies, pricing models, and data-driven insights to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Revenue Management Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement revenue management strategies, pricing models, and data-driven insights to maximize profitability.
  2. Lead Pricing Deep-Dives and Value Leakage Identification: Serve as the project lead for pricing deep-dives and identification of value leakage across our commercial process, managing key stakeholders and providing critical direction to sales teams.
  3. Align Revenue Management with Business Goals: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure revenue management strategies align with overall business goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement by monitoring key performance indicators and financial metrics.
  5. Prepare and Present Reports: Develop and present reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

About You:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual with a strong background in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles. The ideal candidate will have:

8+ years of business experience in Commercial, preferably within the Food Industry.2+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.Experience with revenue management software and tools is a plus.Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Proficient in English (written and spoken).
