We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Sourcing Manager for our Spices and Herbs category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Spices and Herbs category
  • Source high-quality side streams and develop new products to meet customer demands
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sourcing and Head of Sales to ensure seamless integration of sourcing and sales efforts
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Fluent French and English language skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, sourcing, or product management in the food industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
