About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Sofico, a leading software company in the automotive finance and leasing sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business sales revenue through a subscription-based license model and professional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned prospects and clients, from business/project/IT teams to CxO level.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, leading a virtual team of Sales Engineers, Solutions Specialists, and Marketing professionals.
  • Provide trusted advice to customers, understanding their business needs and advising on how Sofico can support their Business & IT roadmap.
  • Identify and engage the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time.
  • Collaborate with Sofico solution teams to develop solutions based on customer strategic outcomes.
  • Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across clients and Sofico teams to promote an outstanding customer experience.
  • Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Several years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations, with a strong background in finance & leasing and/or automotive.
  • Experience in producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-level relationships.
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking on executive level, with a deep understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for prospective clients.
  • Fluent level of English and French.
