Role Summary
The Senior FX Salesperson will be part of the Foreign Exchange team at Marex Solutions based in Paris, France.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a client base of small/mid-cap/large corporates for their Foreign Exchange in Germany and Austria, generating own revenues from the client base.
- Pricing, structuring, modeling, and executing FX derivative transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with other salespersons across the Marex network to open new FX relationships and cross-sell to commodities clients.
- Performing day-to-day tasks such as client prospecting, onboarding, and responding to client queries, assisting the FX Sales team.
- Liaising with internal teams supporting the Hedging Solutions business within EMEA and across other regions (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding).
- Managing client post-trade services and workflow.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adhering to the operational risk framework for the role.
- Modeling high-level standards of integrity and conduct, reflecting Company Values.
- Escalating risk events immediately and providing input to risk management processes, as required.
- Complying with local regulator's Code of Conduct and carrying out regulatory activities under the Marex Financial trading books.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits including bonuses and comprehensive insurance packages.
