Position Overview

As a Concierge Supervisor, you will embody the essence of delivering an outstanding guest experience. Your dedication to guest satisfaction will shine from their arrival until their departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage Concierge operations.
  • Provide guests with comprehensive information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, medical facilities, sightseeing tours, and other relevant details.
  • Prioritize recommendations for the hotel's own Food and Beverage venues while being knowledgeable about their offerings.
  • Ensure the lobby area is consistently maintained in an orderly manner, including cleanliness of ashtrays.
  • Coordinate guest paging in the lobby and dining areas.
  • Maintain the hotel information directory, ensuring accuracy and currency at all times.
  • Develop efficient work schedules for the Concierge team, considering occupancy levels and large group movements.
  • Ensure all Concierge staff present a neat and punctual appearance and perform their assigned tasks promptly and effectively.
  • Address guest-related issues and collaborate with department heads or management in the absence of the Chef Concierge.
  • Prepare shift reports and manage guest arrival and departure processes.
  • Follow up on trace reports.
  • Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policies and ensure compliance among direct reports.
  • Document security incidents and accidents in line with hotel protocols.
Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

  • A service-oriented personality is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership position is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Capacity to maintain professionalism amidst frequent interruptions.
