Role of the Consulting Partner

As a Consulting Partner, you will leverage your delivery, technical, consulting, and commercial expertise to ensure the successful execution of Professional Services projects. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating the adoption of our solutions by clients, mitigating risks, and driving success.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A distinguished graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 15 years of experience in delivering Professional Services and/or technology solutions within an enterprise software environment.
  • Proven ability to cultivate productive relationships and maintain alignment with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating within a larger account team to develop and implement complex account strategies.
  • Background in creating solutions for large-scale, technologically advanced clients and/or enterprise market customers.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level software architectures, application development methodologies, and operational considerations.
  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technologies is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for work as necessary.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional European languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, or German being a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ARR growth and enhance client adoption of our solutions.
  • Facilitate revenue realization from Professional Services.
  • Focus on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within Professional Services.
  • Manage and communicate operational relationships with assigned clients effectively.
  • Oversee key client projects, ensuring clear communication with project teams, management, and stakeholders regarding status, issues, risks, and objectives.
  • Lead internal and client meetings, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
  • Manage project documentation, communications, and required follow-ups.
  • Track metrics related to infrastructure performance and service requests.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present service reports to clients.
  • Create and implement relationship roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for process enhancements within both the client and the organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and document improvements.
