Role of the Consulting Partner

The Consulting Partners at Vs Consulting Company leverage their extensive delivery, technical, consulting, and commercial expertise to ensure the successful execution of Professional Services projects. This role is pivotal in facilitating the adoption of our solutions by clients, minimizing risks, and driving success.

Candidate Profile

  • A distinguished graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 15 years of experience in delivering Professional Services and/or technology solutions within an enterprise software environment.
  • Proven ability to foster productive relationships and align with various internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Capability to collaborate within a larger account team to develop and implement intricate account strategies.
  • Experience in crafting solutions for large-scale, technologically advanced clients and/or enterprise market customers.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level software architectures, application development methodologies, and operational considerations.
  • Prior experience with database, cloud, and infrastructure technologies is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for work as necessary.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional European languages (such as French, Spanish, Italian, or German) being a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ARR growth and enhance client adoption of Vs Consulting solutions.
  • Facilitate revenue realization from Professional Services.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction within the Professional Services domain.
  • Manage and communicate operational relationships with assigned clients effectively.
  • Oversee key client projects, ensuring effective communication with team members and stakeholders regarding status, issues, risks, and objectives.
  • Lead meetings with clients and internal teams, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain project documentation, communications, and necessary follow-ups.
  • Monitor metrics related to infrastructure performance and service requests.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present service reports to clients.
  • Develop and implement relationship roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for process enhancements within both the client and Vs Consulting Company.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and document improvements.
