We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead and develop our corporate strategy in the EMEA region. As a key member of our global communications team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing 360° communication programs to develop our global equity, awareness, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy for the EMEA region
  • Lead regional corporate press activities and corporate influence
  • Coordinate corporate communications across all EMEA markets
  • Collaborate with crisis management and legal teams
  • Manage media relations and build a network of journalists in key outlets
  • Develop and implement a social media roadmap for SHISEIDO EMEA
  • Monitor and report on communication actions and performance KPIs
  • Support Brands' CSR communication and executive media relations
  • Identify key spokespersons and provide media training
  • Coordinate group communication with spokespersons
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communication in luxury, beauty, or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Strong knowledge of global and trade media
  • Strategic thinker with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships
  • Fluent in French and English
