Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in France. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for producing new business sales revenue through a subscription-based license model and professional services. You'll accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospective customers, using business development strategies, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trust and deep relationships with assigned prospects and clients' organization, from business/project/IT teams to CxO level.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Sales Engineers, Solutions Specialists, Marketing, etc.).
  • Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how Sofico can help their Business & IT roadmap.
  • Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time.
  • Work with the greater Sofico solution teams to develop a solution based on the customer's strategic outcomes.
  • Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and Sofico teams to promote an outstanding customer experience.
  • Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organization. Previous sales experience in finance & leasing, and/or automotive is a plus.
  • Experience in producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-level relationships.
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with strategic thinking on executive level.
  • The ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client.
  • A fluent level of English and French.
