Role Overview:

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager-East Coast to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the East Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for assigned accounts, focusing on mid- and long-term business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-level executives and global ecosystems to support enterprise business transformation.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including Value Added Reseller (VAR) partners, to ensure revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Drive business consulting approach to engage with customers and partners, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling software solutions to large clients, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in sales team management or business consulting, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
