Nous sommes en recherche d'un Commercial Business Development Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Missions
  • Assurer le développement commercial et la relation client :
  • Mettre en œuvre la prospection commerciale dans l'objectif de référencement de la société SGS sur l'offre de services et assurer le suivi des prospects/clients qui vous sont attribués par la direction ;
  • Recueillir précisément les besoins des clients ;
  • Proposer une offre adaptée au besoin du client suivant la proposition technique transmise par la Direction Technique et le chiffrage proposé par les Responsables Opérationnels ;
  • Mener des négociations pour aboutir à la signature des contrats/commandes en fonctions des objectifs définis ;
  • Fidéliser la clientèle et chercher à développer le CA sur les comptes clients SGS du secteur aéronautique en identifiant de nouveaux besoins et en proposant l'offre de service globale SGS ;
  • Garantir la satisfaction des clients et assurer la rentabilité des affaires ;
  • Enrichir les outils de gestion commerciale de toutes les données recouvrant de votre activité et assurer un reporting de votre prospection, du développement du portefeuille clients et des opportunités de prestations lors des revues régulières avec le service opérationnel et technique ainsi que du Comité de direction de SGS AERONAUTICS ;
  • Participer activement aux opérations de communication, Salon BtoB, Salon du Bourget, etc.
Administration des ventes
  • Communiquer les données d'entrée des affaires aux Responsables opérationnels, réceptionner et transférer les commandes associées aux prestations à venir aux services concernés ;
  • Assurer le suivi commercial régulier des affaires ;
  • En cas de litige, déterminer les modalités / actions pour régler les contentieux.
Relation opérationnelle des affaires
  • Communiquer sur les besoins des clients auprès des Responsables Opérationnels en charge de la réalisation de la commande ;
  • Communiquer une vision objective des besoins du marché en termes de volume et de méthodes CND, afin de définir les axes de recrutements.
Garantie au développement de la qualité et de l'amélioration continue
  • En lien avec la Direction et le service qualité, vous êtes responsable de la création et de l'amélioration continue des procédures en vigueur et êtes garant de l'atteinte des objectifs sur le processus commercial ;
  • Vous remontez lors des réunions périodiques ou comités de direction les disfonctionnements constatés et les suggestions d'amélioration ;
  • Vous contribuez à l'élaboration de plans d'actions correctives ;
  • Vous appliquez les procédures relevant de votre fonction.
