Position: Executive Administrative Coordinator at LES NOUVEAUX HERITIERS LNH

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the management team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee correspondence, including emails and traditional mail.
  • Manage front desk operations and reception duties.
  • Coordinate activities related to quality assurance.
  • Prepare, edit, and format a range of documents.
  • Support with various administrative responsibilities and assessments.
Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar role as an Executive Assistant.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong written communication and interpersonal abilities.

Personal Attributes: Must demonstrate attention to detail, professionalism, autonomy, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
