Position Overview:
BWH HOTEL GROUP FRANCE is in search of an Executive Chef for our distinguished establishment.

This is an opportunity to be part of a fully renovated hotel that reflects a contemporary, nature-inspired design, situated within a 5-hectare park adjacent to a forest.

Our hotel boasts 60 rooms, 8 meeting rooms that can host up to 250 guests, a spacious terrace accommodating 100 seated guests, a cinema lounge, a library, a restaurant with seating for 70, and a banquet hall for 90 guests. The restaurant is celebrated for its dedication to 'homemade' cuisine, offering a diverse range of options to satisfy our guests.

With a commitment to sustainability, we are establishing an urban farm within the restaurant, enabling us to produce up to 25% of our culinary requirements directly from our garden.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise culinary operations in collaboration with management: menu creation, product selection, and supplier coordination.
  • Organize all production to provide seasonal and local cuisine in alignment with our partnerships.
  • Oversee the entire culinary offering, including the restaurant, seminars, banquets, and events.
  • Ensure the quality of dishes served and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate all kitchen operations, including procurement, service setup, cleaning, and dishwashing.
  • Manage food costs and conduct monthly inventory.
  • Control labor and material expenses in accordance with budget objectives.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Schedule staff based on activity forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards, including HACCP regulations.
