About the Role:
Rhéflex Recrutement & Ressources Humaines is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
