Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Engineer/Manager for our PTPS product to develop and implement sales strategies within the North-West region of France. This role will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth directly or through partners in alignment with the overall, regional, and Business Unit strategy.
  2. Create and execute account plans to achieve sales budgets.
  3. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and market segments.
  4. Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, including distributors, negotiating contracts, terms of agreements, and business performance management.
  5. Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are equipped to sell our products effectively.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure partners have the necessary resources.
  7. Ensure orders are completed in accordance with company policy.
  8. Participate in cash collection and provide regular, accurate forecasts about bookings and sales.
  9. Document activities and keep CRM and other systems updated.
  10. Undertake frequent in-person customer visits to build relationships and understand customer requirements.
Experience and Professional Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a technically related field is preferred.
  2. Six or more years of increasing responsibilities in technical sales or marketing is desirable.
  3. Ability to read, write, and speak English at an operational level and communicate confidently with colleagues internationally.
  4. Strong understanding of industrial processes, testing, and analysis.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite or comparable.
  8. Salesforce, Salesloft, Epicor, Concur experience is advantageous.
  9. Demonstrated success with strategy development and applying a strong understanding of go-to-market selling strategy.
  10. Significant experience managing relationships and driving sales growth and profitability.
  11. Capability to analyze financial results, market analytics, and new market opportunities.
  12. Demonstrated capabilities of exceeding sales and profitability goals, with a general understanding of business financials.
