We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Luxury & Lifestyle Middle East, India & APAC Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director of Sales and her direct reporting line with sales-related elements in their day-to-day sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to sales leads and travel partners' enquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist Directors of Sales Luxury & Lifestyle in the covered regions with their sales requirements.
- Organize and conduct sales presentations to travel partners.
- Communicate efficiently with respective hotels.
- Update CRM system with updated database information and groups leads.
- Generate sales reports based on requirements.
- Assist Luxury Sales Team members with events organizations and invitation processes.
- Ensure accurate luxury sales data generated and updated at hotel level.
- Support deployment and follow-ups of loyalty programs.
- Attend weekly activity review meetings with Executive Director Luxury Sales – Middle East, India & APAC and prepare monthly reports as and when requested.
- Typical Background: ~2 to 3 years of experience in Luxury Sales/Meetings & Events at hotel or Regional/Global Sales Level.
- Presentation & English Skills.
- Event Management Skills.
- Administrative skills in using Microsoft tools.
- Accountable, team player, ability to build relationships, work in a matrix environment and with various stakeholders across all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills.
