Business Development Director - Biopharma

Guardant Health is a leading precision oncology company focused on helping conquer cancer globally through the use of its proprietary tests, vast data sets, and advanced analytics.

The company's oncology platform leverages capabilities to drive commercial adoption, improve patient clinical outcomes, and lower healthcare costs across all stages of the cancer care continuum.

In this role, you will support the BioPharma Business Development team to grow Guardant Health's Biopharma business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new account onboarding activities, including lead generation, CRM data entry, due diligence, and contract negotiation.
  • Support strategic account initiatives, identifying and making new connections.
  • Build and service multiple opportunities simultaneously, balancing emerging relationships with ongoing ones, addressing needs on time.

You will have prior business development, sales, and/or consulting experience, with strong contracting and presentation skills, and a good analytic skillset.

Guardant Health offers a hybrid work model, with defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and work-from-home days for individual-focused time.
