Position: Software Backoffice Developer

Responsibilities
  • Develop new features based on technical requirements provided by stakeholders.
  • Propose and implement innovative technical solutions to address business needs.
  • Debug, maintain, and optimize software components across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Conduct thorough manual testing and ensure the quality of developed features through unit tests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for all projects.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to management.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Participate in estimations and contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within development processes.
Requirements Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud computing technologies.
  • Proficiency in using development tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and .NET framework.
  • Strong programming skills in C#, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Angular.
  • Solid understanding of programming methodologies including algorithmic design, object-oriented programming (OOP), and data structures.
  • Experience working with SQL and Oracle databases.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.
  • Experience with Google GSuite and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Proficiency in using Atlassian tools such as Jira, Tempo, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of modeling methods such as UML.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
  • Operational English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).

  • Fluency in French.
