About the Role
The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois is one of the most important production sites for group shampoos, producing over 2 million bottles daily. Our brands include Head&Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Aussie, and Old Spice. As a Process Packing Engineer, you will be part of a highly automated site with state-of-the-art technology.
Your Contribution to P&G's Success
As a Process Packing Engineer, your primary focus will be on improving format changeover times between production cycles. You will be responsible for observing and collecting data, managing the PDCA cycle, analyzing data, implementing and monitoring technical action plans, and coaching operators to increase their capabilities.

Job Qualifications
You Are the Right Fit If You Have:
- Master's degree, year 4/5 in an engineering school or university
- Field: processes, mechanics, industrial engineering, automation
- Ability to take initiatives and strength of proposal
- Collaborative spirit and taste for the field
- Professional French/English required
- Ability to take initiatives and leadership
