Senior IT Business Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior IT Business Strategist to join our Technology and Global Services (TGS) team. This role serves as the vital liaison between business functions and IT, responsible for seamlessly integrating IT strategies into business plans, executing IT deliverables, and ensuring exceptional support management.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with business function representatives, acting as the primary entry point into the IT organization.
- Develop, enable, and maintain a two-year roadmap of IT initiatives that align with business strategies.
- Shape business needs by offering alternatives to proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with IT capabilities and business goals.
- Serve as the point of escalation and coordination within TGS and with business functions in the event of issues or risks during project execution.
- Oversee the IT experience for TGS end-to-end solutions, enhancing the company's productivity.
- Act as the escalation and coordination point for IT operational issues that impact business functions.
- Measure and communicate the realized value of IT solutions on a regular basis using defined metrics and analytics.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify, define, and document business processes and software requirements, adding them to the CRM product backlog.
- Serve as the liaison between business teams and agile development teams, ensuring that the backlog of user stories is prioritized and aligned with business needs.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a proven track record in a Senior Business Partner role or a leadership position in system implementation.
- Deep understanding of visions, strategies, objectives, and business processes.
- Familiarity with process mapping techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in analytic tools, such as Excel.
- Familiarity with AI, LLM (Large Language Models), and data modeling.
