Job Title: VP of National Sales Technology

USConnect is a leading technology company in the food service industry, providing innovative solutions to corporate breakrooms, cafes, markets, and vending services. As a VP of National Sales Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and national enterprise customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing territory-specific growth plans.
  • Grow existing Affiliate Operator accounts by maintaining strong relationships and identifying new opportunities for additional sales.
  • Conduct effective virtual and in-person sales, traveling through assigned territories to solicit and secure business from prospective customers.
  • Update CRM databases regularly for maximum individual and team tool utilization.
  • Communicate daily with sales teams and management on sales opportunities, demos, orders, and customer concerns.
  • Travel extensively, including overnight stays, to meet prospects and customers.
  • Maintain and develop product and technical knowledge relevant to the company's growth strategy.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA from a 4-year college/university or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated B2B track record of new business enterprise sales.
  • Hunter DNA with a strong orientation for sales and profit results.
  • Willing and able to travel over 50%, including overnight travel.
  • High-level relationship builder with a proactive customer service mentality.
  • Demonstrated business and commercial savvy.
  • Exceptional personal organization and ability to work self-directed.
  • Proficient computer skills, including office suite and remote meeting tools.
