Talent Brand Strategist

McCain Foods is seeking a highly skilled Talent Brand Partner to join our Continental Europe team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored campaign strategies that align with our Employer Branding efforts globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the activation of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in the CE region.
- Convert our EVP into competitive, authentic, and engaging content across traditional recruitment, evergreen, and hard-to-recruit talent segments.
- Lead the creation and execution of the CE Early Careers Program, including university relations.
- Build the CE Employer Brand Ambassador Network to ensure all markets have access to our Employer Brand content and collateral.
- Oversee the creation of CE's content strategy by engaging content across different mediums and experimenting with new channels or content formats.
- Build a content calendar for owned channels and talent pool engagement.
- Create targeted talent marketing campaigns for high-volume and niche specialist roles.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Employer Branding and related fields.
- Excellent copywriting skills and a passion for content and storytelling.
- A proven record of developing impactful, data-driven marketing strategies.
- A history of finalizing projects in a timely manner.
- Strong networking and ambassadorial skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to differentiate talent brand solutions across the market and within different countries in Europe.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
