About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition organization, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers in Manufacturing to identify, attract, and hire top talent for McCain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing: Engage and recruit top talent using a variety of sourcing strategies, including direct and internal sourcing, referrals, job boards, and career sites.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain candidate pools across different business areas, leveraging tools, events, and talent brand activities to source top talent.
  • Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience: Deliver exceptional candidates and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Recruitment Process Guidance: Provide guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process, market data, assessment techniques, candidate profiles, and onboarding.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics to track relevant metrics to measure the success of your recruiting activity and contribute to improving the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Market Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Execute appropriate assessment tools and techniques to improve the quality of hire.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Execute Talent Acquisition initiatives to increase diversity and enhance representation across our workforce.
  • Technology and Automation: Use the newest technologies to drive automation and a digital user experience across stakeholders, ensuring process compliance across users.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, Plant HR, and Plant Leadership to proactively build hiring plans based on data, trends, and market intelligence.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in either a corporate or agency environment, with specialist knowledge in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience as a recruiter within a Manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • High degree of self-management, autonomy, and initiative-taking attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
