We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Brand Strategist to join our team in Continental Europe. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored campaign strategies that align with our Employer Branding efforts globally.
Key Responsibilities- Employer Value Proposition (EVP) Activation: Support the activation of our EVP and Employer Brand in the CE region, converting our EVP into competitive, authentic, and engaging content across traditional recruitment, evergreen, and hard-to-recruit talent segments.
- Early Careers Program Lead: Lead the creation and execution of the CE Early Careers Program, including owning university relations and building a strong network of Employer Brand Ambassadors.
- Content Strategy and Calendar: Develop a comprehensive content strategy for CE, engaging content across different mediums, and experimenting with new channels or content formats. Create a content calendar for owned channels and talent pool engagement.
- Talent Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute targeted talent marketing campaigns for high-volume and niche specialist roles, leveraging your expertise in Employer Branding and content marketing.
- Employer Branding Experience: Proven experience in Employer Branding and related fields, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices.
- Content Creation Skills: Excellent copywriting skills and a passion for content and storytelling, with the ability to unlock the human story behind data.
- Marketing Strategy Development: A proven record of developing impactful, data-driven marketing strategies that drive results.
- Project Management: Ability to finalize projects in a timely manner, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Cultural Awareness: Strong cultural awareness and the ability to differentiate talent brand solutions across the market and within different countries in Europe.
- Language Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
