We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Culture and People Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects and initiatives aimed at guaranteeing the best employee experience, engagement, and attractiveness of our brand to future candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to quickly switch from one project to another.
- Develop and implement internal and external employer brand strategies.
- Create and deploy the Group's values and ensure their embodiment in all operational processes.
- Implement new workplace strategies and initiatives.
- Support employee engagement and listening campaigns.
- Drive change in the context of Group transformation projects.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on HR challenges, attractiveness, and culture.
- Strong project management skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in French and English.
