People Experience Manager

At Boston Consulting Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized People Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving our people strategy and creating a positive employee experience for our talent.
About the Role
The People Experience Manager will be responsible for managing and executing logistics for all aspects of our Client Transition Delivery (CDC) program. This includes onboarding of talent, administration of CDC meetings, workday changes, and reporting checks. You will also oversee the delivery of Learning & Development (L&D) programs, ensure accurate case reviews are submitted, and follow up on CDC outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for CDC program, including onboarding, administration, and reporting
- Oversee L&D delivery, leveraging team and following up on program registration
- Check eligibility for Technical L&D programs and collaborate with People & Development, Talent Managers, and Global L&D
- Collaborate with Talent Managers and staffers to ensure accurate case information and trigger appropriate forms and information for case reviews and L&D programming
- Escalate potential employee relations concerns to P&D leadership and local BCG HR teams
- Create and update regular reports on headcount activity, reduced capacity, LOA, mobility, attrition, and other program reporting needs
- Take on people experience, L&D, or other key people projects as needed
- Champion BCG X EVP benefits, eligibility, program administration, and tracking
- Contribute to employee experience of all CT talent, including career development
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can build relationships with our BCG network to ensure the best employee experience for our teams. You should have 8+ years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a people or recruiting function, and some experience in HR systems such as Workday.

- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience
