Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our Offshore Wind team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for driving the tender, negotiation, and management of contracts within the O&M Offshore business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Site and technical teams with the negotiation and management of contracts for the Offshore O&M Services.
  • Facilitate the contractual and commercial implementation of contracts, including reporting and other contractual deliverables.
  • Assist in developing mitigation strategies in line with the contract terms, proactively providing recommendations and advice on how to avoid additional costs and minimize legitimate claims.
  • Support in negotiations of claims and variations with contractors, including the preparation of notes of advice and commercial drafting.
  • Advise on key commercial risks from an O&M perspective for supply contracts on emerging projects.
Requirements
  • Degree and professional qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering, Contract Management, or a commercially oriented qualification.
  • Experience in commercial and contractual aspects of engineering.
  • Experience with warranty claims and negotiations.
  • Proven ability to manage the negotiation of multi-contracts in competing timescales.
  • Postgraduate experience in the industry with significant experience in Offshore Wind, Onshore Wind, or a similar industry.
Language

Fluency in French is required.
