VP Sales Southern Europe

SS&C Technologies is seeking an experienced VP Sales for Southern Europe to lead our sales efforts in the region.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in Southern Europe, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to the sales function in Southern Europe, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, aligning with company business objectives.
- Lead complex cross-functional efforts to drive enterprise sales of our digital workforce at scale.
- Engage and optimize overall sales motions and organization to maximize routes to revenue.
- Advocate for customer value and outcomes, resolving escalations and influencing internal stakeholders as needed.
- Extensive sales leadership and corporate experience within the South Europe region.
- Proven track record of building major account relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Experience working in sales development and strategy, with a focus on software sales.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with all levels of our internal organization and partners.
- High level of enterprise knowledge, with experience in driving value selling and leading customer engagements.
