**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Assistant to join our team at ADMR. As a Social Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their physical and mental well-being
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- DEAES or DEAVS qualification (or equivalent)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality when working with clients
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
