About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team at Communauté d'agglomération de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a financial strategy that ensures the long-term sustainability and growth of our organization.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to our executive team, ensuring that financial decisions are informed and aligned with our overall strategy.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our annual budget, ensuring that it is aligned with our financial strategy and goals.
  • Pilot the management of our debt, ensuring that we maintain a strong credit rating and optimize our financing options.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of our financial processes and systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial tools and analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our financial team, ensuring that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in finance, with a degree in a relevant field and significant experience in a similar role.
