Customer Success Manager

At AB Tasty, we're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for onboarding, guiding, and advising clients on the best ways to make the most out of our solutions. Your primary objective will be to help our customers achieve their CRO goals while maximizing product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a customer portfolio and build strong relationships with existing clients
- Analyze data to identify new areas for optimization and be proactive in making our clients successful
- Maximize portfolio expansion while minimizing churn and contraction

Requirements:
- Proactive, communicative, and organized mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- First experience in SaaS or e-commerce business, project management, or customer relationship management
- Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, curious, and rigorous
