Business Development Manager for Intellectual Services

About the Role
The UGAP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercialization Manager for Complex Offers to join our team. As a key member of our Appui Commercial Central (ACC) department, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our Intellectual Services offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany clients and prospects in the expression and qualification of their needs in the field of intellectual services and guide them towards the relevant markets.
- Organize and lead tripartite exchanges between the client, the supplier, and the UGAP.
- Ensure the conformity of the supplier's proposal (price and contractual perimeter) with the client's needs and validate the establishment of the UGAP's offer.
- Identify and anticipate potential client or supplier disputes and mediate as needed.
- Promote and present the UGAP's Intellectual Services offers to prospects and clients during client events, workshops, or marketing activities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the IT services sector or consulting services for large public sector clients (State, Operators, Public Establishments, Collectivities).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an ESN or consulting firm.
- Strong listening, analysis, and synthesis skills, with the ability to manage priorities.
- Holder of a valid B driving license.
