Overview

This position is part of the financial management division, reporting to its manager. A dedicated Financial Management Center (CGF) has been established for Block 2 to oversee financial execution within Chorus, from legal commitment to payment for prescriber services (SP). In addition to the traditional CSP missions, the CGF also handles the entry and validation of non-tax revenues (RNF) in Chorus. The implementation of the CGF offers an opportunity to streamline and modernize the expenditure chain, facilitating invoice processing, enhancing service to prescribers and suppliers, and improving agent tasks by providing a comprehensive daily view of the expenditure process.

Responsibilities

  • Process, control, and monitor management actions related to prescriber services within Chorus.
  • Create and modify third parties, service certifications, and conduct searches.
  • Create, control, and process payment requests.
  • Execute accounting and payment procedures.
  • Provide technical advice to prescribers.
  • Generate reports.
  • Manage non-tax revenues.
  • Handle assets.

Requirements

  • Experience in a CSP/SFACT environment is preferred.
  • Experience within the financial/budget service of a prescriber service is appreciated.
  • Skills in public expenditure and revenue execution.
  • Knowledge of the state accounting organization.
  • Proficiency in Chorus software and Chorus Forms.
  • Familiarity with standard office tools.
  • Ability to apply rules and procedures, ensure control, reliability, and provide advice.
  • Personal qualities include initiative, adaptability, rigor, organizational skills, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.

Minimum Level of Education

Equivalent to a CAP/BEP qualification

Minimum Required Experience Level

Entry-level
