Job Title: Office Manager and Administrative Assistant

At M&G, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office administration, including ordering stationery and office supplies, administering tenancy agreements and insurance policies, and overseeing suppliers.
  • Administering the reception area, including greeting visitors and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Administering company cars, including lease contracts and maintenance.
  • Preparing travel expenses for employees.
Requirements:
  • Background in financial services is preferable.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office Suite.
