Strategic Customer Success Manager

Join our team of innovators and become a key player in transforming organizations into intelligent enterprises. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing advocates among our customer base to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention
- Provide product training and education to customers to ensure timely renewals of contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver unique intelligence applications
- Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 10+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in customer success management tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Fluency in French and English languages
