Job Title: Strategic Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

The Strategic Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing MicroStrategy's largest and most strategic accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's business needs and the ability to develop strategic plans to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and utilization of MicroStrategy's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on customer success metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and the technology industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies.
  • Fluency in French and English languages.
