Représenter l'entreprise ISCOD auprès de nos clients et satisfaire leurs demandes. Veiller au fonctionnement optimal de notre outil auprès de nos clients utilisateurs. Contribuer à l'évolution de notre produit en fonction du feedback des clients.
Compétences requises- Rigoureux, organisé et réactif
- A l'écoute et sens du service
- Bonne expression écrite et à l'aise au téléphone
- Onboarder les clients
- Les former à l'utilisation de nos outils
- Augmenter leur usage de skillup
- Contribuer à la stratégie de satisfaction client
- Faire remonter les besoins clients en termes d'amélioration produit ou process
Travail en équipe, travail en alternance, formation en ligne, accompagnement personnalisé
