Mission

Représenter l'entreprise ISCOD auprès de nos clients et satisfaire leurs demandes. Veiller au fonctionnement optimal de notre outil auprès de nos clients utilisateurs. Contribuer à l'évolution de notre produit en fonction du feedback des clients.

Compétences requises
  • Rigoureux, organisé et réactif
  • A l'écoute et sens du service
  • Bonne expression écrite et à l'aise au téléphone
Responsabilités
  • Onboarder les clients
  • Les former à l'utilisation de nos outils
  • Augmenter leur usage de skillup
  • Contribuer à la stratégie de satisfaction client
  • Faire remonter les besoins clients en termes d'amélioration produit ou process
