About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales and marketing expert to join our team as a Senior Sales Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the overall sales strategy, ensuring product launch readiness, and managing quarterly and long-term business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage product launch readiness, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, and sales, to develop local business strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business planning and promotional strategies.
  • Drive commercial discussions, channel readiness, and product sell-in/sell-out/sell-through execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on mobile industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to conduct market and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent English or Chinese speaker, with French as a plus.
