Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Channel Business Manager to join our team. As a Channel Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through our channel partners. You will work closely with our sales teams, product teams, and channel partners to develop and execute business plans that maximize growth opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans with our channel partners to drive revenue growth and maximize opportunities.
- Work closely with our sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of business plans.
- Collaborate with our product teams to innovate new solutions and GTM strategies that drive new ways to differentiate in the market and take market share.
- Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with partners to build strong partnerships.
- Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders.
- Build and maintain activity of performance reports and activity dashboards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development roles within the enterprise software ecosystem and/or network security industry.
- Proven experience building, managing and growing relationships within Orange Group.
- Fluency in both English and French languages.
- Understanding of the local French market, with a focus on the IDF region.
- Understanding of Service Provider operating models.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to think creatively with excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills.
- Consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
