Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues related to Ledger products and services, including transaction issues, connection troubleshooting, and more.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, providing detailed and accurate information to ensure their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D and Marketing, to resolve complex customer issues and improve our products and services.
  • Participate in external events and conferences to represent Ledger and provide support to customers and partners.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to learn about hardware and software products and analyze technical data.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Microsoft Excel and PPT.
