Your Mission

  • Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Identify recurring support trends and product performance issues, providing actionable feedback to our product team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive support escalations and resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest crypto and Ledger product developments

  • Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role
  • A customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to learn about hardware and software products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
